Decent entry level job if you do not care about salary
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
It's an okay entry level job to get some job experience. Even better if you have rich parents who can pay your bills. Notice period is only 4 weeks, so you can get out easily if you find something better.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Again, the structural lowballing of salaries is the main issue. After talking to multiple people, it usually goes like this:
The recruiter will give a bad offer, but lure you in with "hey, after 6 month, we can renegotiate". After 6 month, they'll tell you that "unfortunately, we only do salary negotiations in January". Come January, they'll postpone it further and further (if think currently they'll negotiate in April, meaning you'd get the new salary in June... go figure).
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Salaries are the big issue. The company knows this and doesn't change anything, leading me to believe it's a wanted policy. The company is simply not willing to pay a competitive salary.
Communication and transparency has gotten extremely bad. This is pretty sad, as from what I've heard it used to be quite the opposite.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
great with colleagues, lately lots of dooms day predictions to keep union organization low
Kommunikation
great in teams, extremely bad from management
Kollegenzusammenhalt
decent; unfortunately a lot of people are leaving the company so it's hard to judge how this will be going forward
Work-Life-Balance
great
Vorgesetztenverhalten
middle management is good, upper management not so much
Interessante Aufgaben
be ready to take over the responsibilities of open positions, which they can be for a long time (2+ years)
Gleichberechtigung
suspiciously few women in management positions
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
very few people are left who've been with the company for a long time
Arbeitsbedingungen
great
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
they're trying
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Extremely low pay, but they do offer a BAV
Image
the mood is pretty bad currently
Karriere/Weiterbildung
theoretically possible, though i haven't heard of anyone actually getting training
