Hoping that the employees will be heard at some point. Here I tried to express what I feel recently.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

There are colleagues I love working with. But general atmosphere has changed over the last years. I am aware that many change came in the last two years and the whole organization is still trying to find a flow, but the working atmosphere seems to be not getting enough care from the company.

Kommunikation

Communication is one of the things I can openly say it has become less straightforward, more complicated and less authentic. I personally feel the need of clearer, simpler and more caring communication.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

At least speaking of my team, I am happy to work together as our communication is based on trust. Although I have to say, we were feeling more like a team earlier. Based on the direct observations through my colleagues and my own feelings, communication and trust factors within the company influence that aspect negatively.

Work-Life-Balance

I like the work-life balance that Spread Group offers. In that regard, I believe the company is open to adapt based on your wish for work-life balance. I am happy to work at Spread Group from this aspect.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

My superior(s) seem to be confused or can't be fully clear with their decisions. I don't want to direct my critique on my superior(s) as their confusion is clearly because of potential confusions or unclear communication coming from their superior(s). But apart from that, I know that my superior(s) are trying to be supportive and open towards me.

Interessante Aufgaben

I am fairly happy about the teamwork and my tasks. Although the workload of the tasks is mainly an issue for a while. This is more true for my close colleagues than for me. Of course that influences all of us in the team. Apart from that I believe there is a decent autonomy and space for defining our own tasks, which is positive.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Although Spread Group started becoming more aware of environment in the last years, I believe the response towards sustainability was slow and very late. The time plan that was put in place about sustainability also could be better in my opinion.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Unfortunately, Spread Group could be better when it comes to salary. Comparing with and seeing the average salary in Germany for my position, unfortunately it is quite close to the lowest scale.

On this I could have rated better earlier. At the moment it is hard to see the image of the company really positively for me, especially when it comes to the employee satisfaction.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

I always asked for trainings every year and I was never rejected for what I chose. On that regard, I am very happy. But career aspect can't be evaluated only through the trainings. I barely have time for reading, learning in between my tasks, having some "free" time to step back and make meaningful connections between the practical daily tasks and theoretical knowledge base because mainly the workload is not fairly distributed. I find this very important for career development and indirectly important for the company for sure.
