I guess it depends on the team, but I have great colleagues and superiors. The atmosphere in the company as a whole took quite a toll the last few years, but I have the feeling that positive changes are being made and the upper management is actually listening to the wishes of the employees. Let's hope it continues on this path.

Had you asked me half a year ago, I would have given two stars, at the most. But slowly but surely, things are starting to improve. Feedback is taken seriously and the upper management has realized that they can't move forward alone. Real efforts are being made to improve communication across the organization.

Work-Life-Balance
I personally couldn't ask for more. Hybrid HO-solutions and remote work are available to practically everyone. Personal health and family come first.

The company has many great team-leads in the middle management. C-level has a lot to improve, but I believe that we're on the right track.

Of course, it depends in which team you're in. But here, I think sprd. has some more work to do. You can quite quickly get stuck in a repetitive lane of tasks. Maybe initiate an internal internship program, where employees can intern for other teams?

From what I can tell, you're hired on the basis of your merit, which to me is the definition of equality. The testament to this is the diversity in the company and I feel like everyone is welcome. We have colleagues from pretty much every corner of the earth. Sure, the upper management is only consisting of white middle-aged men, but finding good candidates for these positions is no easy task.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Efforts are made in these regards, but sustainable printing on non-sustainable T-shirts made in Turkey is not really sustainable. Still, though, the assortment is constantly improved upon and progress is made.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Could definitely be better, but in relation to the work flexibility and great colleagues, it is almost decent. However, we have little to no additional benefits apart from your sad average coupon codes to various online shops. At least we have BA.
