hard to communicate some how. because people all have very strongly personal opinion. So the decision process is very complex and slow

Actually much less than the marketing. cause I got ca.40% more with my new job

People have 1000 euro for training. But most of the training courses are more than 1000. So this kind of number is hard to be used for a real training

Staffbase has grown very strongly in recent years, including three acquisitions, each with different development locations. In order to ensure a high level of efficiency and quality in our product development, we decided to simplify our structures. At the time (spring 2023), we supported all affected colleagues with fair severance packages and transparent internal communication.
At the same time, we would like to emphasize that colleagues from all acquired companies are still on board, which we are very pleased about.

The training budget we provide is an investment in our employees and we would like to make a contribution to individual development. Of course, the amount does not cover every training course offered, but we are positive that it is reasonable for a variety of training opportunities.

We would like to emphasize that we offer competitive and fair salaries. We therefore evaluate our salary ranges twice a year to ensure that they are in line with current industry standards.
