instead of too much of talk and meeting and spendings money on Camps and all unnecessary show off workshops and voices, act properly and keep the right people

Zero communication skills as they believe leadership knows everything

No empathy towards each other even in same department

heavy workload, just be in meeting whole day and no time for actual work
