The uniqueness in the interview was that it was scheduled in four parts, where you get to meet and be interviewed by several of your potential colleagues and managers. This ensures that Statkraft gets a balanced impression of you both as a person and professional, depending on the chemistry and topic with the different interviewers. The case study was also at an ideal level, definitely not easy, but also not unnecessary complex, focusing on core understanding needed for the role. And maybe most importantly, the broadness and depth in the interview structure really lets you as an applicant get a thorough impression of the position and employer.
I would only suggest improvements around the expectation management of timings. I was invited to my second interview with two days notice which I luckily managed to clear my schedule for and travel to attend. I also waited a bit longer than expected for the outcome of the process further, which when you are hoping for positive news until final notice can be a bit tiring.
