Nothing much to prepare really, though I went prepared quite thoroughly.

The interview was really a 2 honest way discussion. Just be honest with the answers and feel free to ask any questions, share weakness etc. Never really felt this comfortable in opening up in an interview. I was very confident in presenting my weakness just as much as I was in presenting my strengths. They even allowed me to meet the team I would be working with and ask them questions
