The colleagues in the same department.
HR needs to act and stop replying to these comments with the same sentence. What needs to be done is to support everyone and not only the "close" people.
Please Korean and Norway Chief Officers. We need someone locally who actually cares about all employees and not only support the good "friends" to change positions in the company. It all start with the people who do the bottom job.
Here the point is to close as many cases as possible no matter what or you will be put in the bad employees list. Overtime is not payed.
Only positive thing I can mention. My colleagues in the team stay together and help each other.
Superficial. I have seen that when they don't want you anymore they will make sure to push you to leave.
I´m going to say it directly. It is very low but I need the money right now.
No vacation, no holiday money.
30 days to take but it is bad seen if you take more than 2 weeks in a row.
Doing the same over and over again. No one listens to possible improvements.
And yes I have spoken about it in 1-to-1 and open meetings. Please do not come with this "recommendation" when giving HR feedback.

-Starting from the HR Department and Management. The need of improvement is quite high in these two areas
-Anonymous surveys are not anonymous and it is not something new, not sure, why the HR department mentions they are implementing new measures when this is not reality.
At first, you get the impression of working in a friendly environment where the conditions, the management and their employees seem to be open and fair but working there for a while destroys this picture slowly but surely. Just take a look at the high fluctuation-rate of the employees there. You can ask how long people have been in the company and will not find too many older than 2-3 years, especially in the customer service dept. I would recommend taking a look at the previous review called: -Premium Marke spiegelt sich nicht im Büro wieder- Translate it and you will also see more about the truth on this company.
If the main responsibility is to make sure people are happy in the working environment to be productive for the company, then it is recommendable to focus on finding a way to keep them and make good use of their skills. Not terrorize them on the development dialogue and not commenting on personal topics of others without fundament to other colleagues.
I see HR mentions there are employees who got "promoted", after talking to ex-colleagues it is people who have a close relationship with HR.
Depends highly on the team leader and team. The pressure in the customer service team is quite high and the fear of being quit is all around, notably since there is not an open communication between the managers and their employees

Professionalism can be improved here, especially when false information is spread from the HR department or the Management- it is quite shocking and unprofessional.
Information is often kept and not shared with others for “own benefit” communication flow is not transparent as it appears

Lack of good communication from management to teams. Could be improved, but almost everything is kept a secret until the last minute. Customer service is left to handle with the „challenges“.
Most of the positive reviews in this page seem in my opinion to be created in order to increase the rating in Kununu, probably thinking they would make a favor to the company by saying that everything is „Awesome“, sadly this isn't true.
The company is not bad for foreigners who want to start and have a chance in Germany or young people searching for their first job, but only for 1-2 years to get experience, more than that is not recommendable. There are better opportunities better paid in the same area. You will start with a very low salary in comparison with other companies with no big chances of increasing it throughout the time.
Growing opportunities are very limited; there is no vacation, christmas, or any other kind of incentive for employees. There is one bonus plan though, which is very low and not achievable as it depends on other departments globally. Salary increasement due to excellent performance and taking over more responsibility is not going to happen here. In exchange for any good career perspective, you get free water, fruit and coffee, a parking place, lunch and gym discount.

Definitively you will find many nationalities here which makes it interesting.
Management will depend. On the very surface, it seems to be all-ok but I would suggest improving the professionalism in this department.
Rooms are sometimes not 100% well build, you can have days where you are freezing, others too warm, things breaking from time to time, in general office is cold, so bring a good sweater.
Birthdays, special events coming from the same employees are always good and have a positive feeling to it.
The customer service team feels undervaluated and the pressure received to fulfill the job vs. the payment is unfair.
Tripp Trapp has a good image. Would recommend to take a look at the comments on social media to get an idea of the products.

The development dialogue could be a good tool if implemented correctly but most of the times is just a conversation that will lead to no results.
Chances to get any special training from a certified school, or entity are unexistent, no matter what they say.

Like everywhere, if you are motivated and want to aim higher, you will always have the chance and possibility to develop your career. On the other hand, if your wish is to find stability and you still share the same passion for the company, you will have no probelms to stay with Stokke. We have some colleagues which are here more than 20 years.

The company is engaged in many areas, sadly it is not too obvious. But the good news is that we are working on it!
I think it is the last piece that we are missing to be able to fully say in the best insterest of our future children.

Very relaxed atmosphere, people are generally in a good mood, and getting help across departments is rarely an issue.
If I were to apply for anything that required me to make a good personal impression, I would use my employment at Stokke as a golden ticket. Public perception seems very good.
Colleagues and employer in general are very flexible and forthgiving when it comes to managing issues outside of work during work hours.
For any employee that works hard and strives to better themselves, there are plenty of options for development. The company seems very dedicated to recruiting from within, and it seems easier than most other businesses to rise through the ranks.
It almost feels like a big family. Of course there are certain cliques which are unavoidable, but there are very low barriers between the different groups.
Seems like management is doing what is in their power to lead a positive dialogue between themselves and the employees when it comes to making decisions. Certain individuals in official, non-management positions do however seem to want to make life as tough as possible for management, which in turn can lead to some internal conflict, which feels very unnecessary.
Certain IT elements could use improvement, but the office environment is brand new and constantly being improved. Free lunch offered at a select choice of restaurants nearby.
Very good communication within the site, however communication between Norwegian departments and the ones based in Sindelfingen could be improved.
Due to the current work load it can be difficult to undertake new tasks, but I know from experience that almost whatever you feel like doing, you are allowed to contribute with.
