The monthly updates to the entire company are done really well (how they are compiled and presented). I feel like I know enough about everything that's going on (at least on a high level), which is tough for a fast paced company

The company is definitely too big to know everyone, but there are lots of possibilities to mingle (events, interest based groups, sports teams etc.) and meet lovely colleagues
Some "tribes" (read: business divisions) are really close knit and aligned, others are more loosely aligned

There are lots of brilliant female engineers - however towards senior leadership roles the share of females is not great
