The cohesion is not only among colleagues but also with supervisors. Importantly, there’s no sense that "the results in the Excel sheet" are the only focus. The company prefers methods that bring long-term gains, rather than those that only guarantee bonuses for managers.

Fully two-way communication, a lot of support offered. Employees have significant influence on the final results. Subordinates are treated with trust and respect.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The Hamburg office is well-organized and clean. There's an interesting system for reserving desks and conference rooms. Equipment replacement is handled immediately. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
Kommunikation
Communication within the company is very well organized, with all instructions and documents being regularly updated. There's none of the typical chaos often seen in large corporations.
Gleichberechtigung
It;s hard to answer this question as a man, but from my perspective, a lot of effort is made to maintain equality here.
Interessante Aufgaben
The workload depends on the task and the type of work being done. There’s no issue with delegating tasks or extending deadlines when needed. Freedom in organizing your own workspace and prioritizing tasks.
