Provided IT equipment is outdated and not usable. When requesting more resources you will only get simple answers like "go through procurement process" which is not self-explanatory at all. IT equipment is so much locked down that simple tasks like preparing the expense reports for travel expenses cannot really be done with the provided equipment.
