Too many courses/trainings to be done for Performance rating.
Does not respect the local laws in some cases
Management need to change their attitude towards their team members.

Stress, long hours of work are expected. No regards for the german work laws.
Work-Life-Balance
Not much..the expat managers or managers based in india expect the teams to work continously..many employees sent from india work more than 8 hrs and also on weekends or in their holidays due to pressure from the management.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Unsupportive. Managers themself are not good performers but will put the blame on you and get promotions.
