Every year the Employee Involvement Survey is always bad, way below average, but nothing happens and Divisional HR is always talking about how well the site improved what is not the case - this is truly poor and bad self reflection!

No true leaders, no decision, bad communication, finger pointing, no support. You wouldn’t expect people with such bad behaviors to be in a people leaders roll (director, manager, supervisor) but that is the case!

Some colleagues don’t recognize female colleagues as equal.
Common R&D thinking is that they are the head of the table and don’t make mistakes. But if you look on how something is launched you will recognize that the site still is doing everything like in the beginning (garage style) and that the problems starts here but still the others are wrong - no equality at all.
