Bewerbungsprozess war super und interessant, besonders der Case Interview hat mir Spaß gemacht.

Der Talent Acquisition Manager war sehr professionell, hat mich immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten, schnell Feedback gegeben und großartig durch den gesamten Prozess unterstützt. Solche Firmen, die so schnell, professionell und zuvorkommen sind, kriegen oft seine Wünsch-Bewerber. Weiter so!

Die Krische auf der Sahnetorte wäre, nach dem unterschiebenen Vertrag noch eine Mail zu schicken: Vielen Dank, wir freuen uns auf die Zusammenarbeit oder sowas in der Art. Ansonsten hat sich die HR natürlich bei mir eine Woche vor meinem Starttermin gemeldet.

Do not check web if you do not know what candidate is talking about. It embrassed me while they were doing it. Also, so called their best developer have no idea of the requierements and best practices of the position they are hiring for. I felt sad for people working at thinkcell.
