There are limited opportunities to step up career wise, but they are eager to provide with new tasks or do trainings. One has to initiate it oneself though.

Incredibly smart and competent people. Very precise and efficient. Everyone helps each other and is always available to answer questions.

Very professional. Opinions are heard and taken into consideration. Respectful behavior towards everyone.

The flow of information between departments is lacking, but everyone is aware and they are working on improving it. A change is already noticable.

First place I've not seen any sexism happening. People are respected for the work they do, that's it.
