However, I know some candidates—especially for developer roles—feel frustrated after a rejection because the hiring process is very tough and multi-step. But after actually joining the company, you clearly understand why. The technical quality and level of expertise at think-cell are extremely high, and the rigorous hiring process simply reflects that standard. In hindsight, it becomes clear and reasonable why the bar is set so high.
