Great, provided the capacity planning has been appropriate. There are a few times where you need to put in a few extra hours here and there for specific campaign or project work. Nevertheless, the company is rather flexible (provided that you can get your work done on time and you're available within the client working hours)

Opportunities to work with external teams/training budgets/workshops are super beneficial for team leads. The day-to-day tasks are clear and fairly interesting, especially when working with major clients.

There are not so many older colleagues in all honesty. The average age is 20s-30s.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is really stylish and you have everything you need in terms of equipment. You are provided with a Mac. The iphone workphone is however quite old (but not used all the time, so OK). The furniture inside the office has design and comfort in mind and the team puts a lot of effort in to make things look aesthetic.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Yes, in terms of vegetarian meals/brunches, organic food, not many people driving to work (public transport/bikes preferred), in terms of business trips to some extent environmentally aware (but maybe that could be improved slightly for productions)
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary is OK but perhaps sometimes below industry standards for more senior roles/director up. Pretty strong for junior-professional. Benefits. are great including 30 days holiday, work remote etc.
