Remember what used to make this a special place! The personal note is gone. Top management used to know people outside their "level" by name, which is a touch of appreciation. Unfortunately the last members of this "management generation" are now leaving. the new management prefers staying among themselves which has a very arrogant and top down touch to it. Appreciate the people and not only their leaders!

It has drastically changed over the past years, since the founders left. The new management board does not continue leading with the special tonies spirit. The atmosphere has become icy and top down management is the new way to go. The personal note is gone which is very sad to see.

Remote work and flexible working hours are great. But the workload is way to extreme in many areas.

The favorites get ahead here, while everyone else is left behind, constantly stalled and given empty promises.

salary bands are a joke. some people are definitely overpaid while others are kept small.
