this is the only really good thing, you are allowed to work from home for most of the time. since the company is not located in the center and by car you fully run into traffic jams, going to the office is not fun at all.

Management does not communicate with each other and they talk bad about the others behind their backs, very unprofessional. The communication between "Normal" employees is really nice

There is simply no transparent communication. Official meetings only share positive news and motivational propaganda, and uncomfortable topics are either entirely avoided or, if necessary, carefully packaged.
You have to listen to office gossip, as well as analyze and question all official communication to get to the real status quo of things and to be fully informed.
Communication on the low level (inside the team, and with close superiors) was ok. But, management was not always, in my opinion, straight to the point when it came to the future of the company.

Für Mitarbeiter aus dem Ausland werden kostenlose Sprachkurse angeboten. Sonst besteht regelmäßig die Möglichkeit, an verschiedenen Trainings teilzunehmen. Weiterbildung wird bei Travian sehr wichtig genommen. Auch durch häufige Gespräche mit Vorgesetzten wird versucht, den Mitarbeitern weiterzuentwickeln. Es stehen einem bei Traivan häufig gute Karrieremöglichkeiten zur Verfügung.
Als Praktikant habe ich sehr viel gelernt und mein Vorgesetzter hat mir Tips zu interessanten und wichtigen Themen gegeben, welche ich mir anlernen konnte.
