Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Most stakeholders and teammates are relatively relaxed and very professional. Communication flows good considering remote work. Documentation exists. Managers have a distant approach (no micro management). Lots of training possibilities. There is no lack of resources in most areas.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nothing really bad so far.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Go with caution towards the AI transition. The bigger round meetings don't seem to have attention of the major audience (less bigger round and mechanics to increase activeness of the audience could be performed)
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Tons of possibilities for training.
