Good Potential; Significant Gaps in Leadership, Consistency and Culture

Verbesserungsvorschläge
Strengthen leadership quality by providing targeted leadership and (soft-)skills training for the some of the Managing Directors, with particular focus on communication, emotional intelligence, respectful leadership, and professional conduct. Where substantial improvement cannot be achieved, changes in leadership should be considered.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The company culture was one of the biggest issues during my time there. Employees often seemed to be treated as a means to an end, with little genuine interest in their well-being, development, or concerns.
There was also a noticeable lack of basic professionalism (and knowledge) same as respectful communication. Some members of managing directors regularly displayed poor emotional control and inappropriate behavior towards employees. In my experience, basic interpersonal skills, respect, and common courtesy were mostely lacking.
Overall, the working environment felt unnecessarily difficult and demotivating. Short term money making consistently seemed to take priority over long term goals, people, communication, and creating a healthy workplace culture, which can ultimately lead to serious concerns around employee well-being and workplace safety.
Gehalt/Benefits
Equal treatment and transparency are major weaknesses. Recruitment can give the impression that appearance and personal preferences matter, while compensation for the same position can reportedly vary by up to 100%. Negotiation skills alone is an easy excuse to justify such significant differences. A company should also question its own standards of fairness and integrity.
The same inconsistency applies to vacation, remote work, and flexible hours. These benefits appear to depend heavily on individual management preferences rather than clear and consistently applied rules. If you are favored, there seems to be considerable flexibility; otherwise, restrictions can be extremely rigid.
“Flexible working” is particularly misleading when vacation does not actually mean being able to disconnect and employees are still expected to remain reachable, including outside regular working hours and on weekends. Meanwhile, remote work continues to be restricted, making it increasingly difficult to see it as a genuine benefit.
Overall, there is a clear gap between the idea of flexibility and equality and the reality. The one reliable benefit is parking.
