I really like coming to work every day. We have a lot to do and we all are very ambitious, yet you can tell from your first day on that there's an open atmosphere that tells you that feedback is appreciated and heard.
Kommunikation
Slack and emails are a very important means here for communications. Sometimes it would be better to prefer talking face to face, that surely could be improved. On the other side, we're an international company working in different time zones. That makes it tricky sometimes.

I work in an amazing team and experienced people getting along here very well.
Work-Life-Balance
The workload can make it hard to watch out for your own recreation sometimes. This issue had been addressed and our management takes that very seriously. Other than that I really appreciate the flexibility we have here: I can spontaneously work from home or take an extended break if needed.

I've seen a great and committed leadership here that is ambitious and listening. They are happy to receive feedback and are keen to make things better – both for the company's growth and the employees.
Interessante Aufgaben
Mostly, I can do what here for without having to solve micro-problems. My tasks are pretty diverse and also I'm encouraged (and able) to identify projects by myself.

Arbeitsbedingungen
The Berlin office rocks and I've got everything I need to do my job. Drinks and snacks available all the time. A big park just a minute away and the train station a short walk.
The Berlin office is very new and there is still some construction working going on which is ok knowing that it'll be gone eventually. AC didn't work and we have sweat a lot during some super hot days. However, our office management was very transparent about it and solved it.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
We don't print a lot and our office management tries to make us separate the waste. There is an awareness on producing less waste, or only doing so if needed. Of course, there could always be done more.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
We have feedback sessions that can be used for furthering oneself and some people have grown here.
