Thank you for taking the time to rate Uberall as an employer. We take your feedback very seriously and would like to take a closer look at the points mentioned above.

To the working atmosphere
Uberall has grown strongly in recent years and faces constantly new challenges as a company and as an employer. On this path from the former start-up to the now global medium-sized enterprise with more responsibility and higher risks, the expectations of the management to the supporting staff. Grow constantly. Of course this should not be a burden for our employees and it is definitely not the credo of Uberall's leadership to intimidate employees. Certainly, the demands on the competences and expertise of our employees have increased considerably. Every single one of us is constantly facing new challenges and now and then has to leave his comfort zone and develop further. Nevertheless, nobody should feel that they can not do it justice. We would like to invite you to take the initiative and to contact the HR department, so that we can discuss your standing at Uberall and how we, above all, in cooperation with your direct supervisor, can best promote and guide you. You should feel well and above all be able to go your way. We also offer regular feedback discussions with the team leaders to communicate your concerns, which you can also schedule at any time accompanied by HR.

To the superior behavior
Without knowing which department you are working in and how long you have been on board at Uberall, it is safe to say that every department and every individual has to comply with certain predetermined conditions and achieve specific goals. But Uberall's premise is to give employees the opportunity to go their own way and at the same time achieve their goals together with their team. We do not want to be micromanagement-minded and we do not want to dictate to our colleagues what exactly they have to do when and how. If you want more freedom at this point, let us also discuss how we can best implement your approach together.

On the topic of equal rights
In fact, at the moment, especially at upper management level, gender diversity is not balanced. By the way, we are very aware of that! And that is definitely not based on a dedicated men's squad but has just so far developed. The Management Board have been involved in this area for some time now, and together with HR, Talent Acquisition and Marketing have worked out several initiatives to draw more women's attention to Uberall, their path to executive positions on a flat, continuously attractive environment and, above all, to encourage more women in the company. With a 34% share of women, we do not have to hide as an IT company. Last year, we recruited as many men as women and promoted many women within the company. Furthermore, we are very pleased to welcome a woman as VP People Organization at Uberall from May onwards. We will continue to pursue these positive developments with regard to the promotion of women throughout Uberall and continue to advance the issue of equal rights.

To the salary and our social benefits
Yes, in some positions there is no bonus. But that is not universally valid! Of course, in typical revenue activities, such as sales or business development, Uberall pays bonuses. And yes, Uberall does not pay any Christmas bonus or subsidize a BVG ticket. However, we offer many other well-chosen incentives as well as comfortable and monetary benefits, such as BAV, bonuses for the successful referral of new employees, discounts with exclusive business partners, in-house gym, regularly sponsored team events and much much more, which we also continuously question and complete.
However, we can not understand or confirm your statement on below-average salaries. We regularly monitor our salaries across all departments and sometimes even pay well above average.
