My favourite moments at Uberall were when senior management were out of office. Also I hear a lot of employees are leaving.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Management, the bullying, the sexism towards women, the hire and fire mentality. No bonuses for IT staff, no free or reduced train tickets, no "Weihnachtsgeld", good luck getting your expenses back in time.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Like another employee said, sell the company and move on. The idea of Uberall might actually go on to be great if you would actually allow staff to be creative and do their jobs.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Bullying, sexism and micromanaging were daily occurrences. Uberall is not female friendly and your own ideas are laughed at.

Expectations are set so high you will never have a chance of reaching them.

I personally never felt taken seriously by management. I was there to fill a seat and do what I was told.
