You make a good point about our ways of working being something to enjoy - Talking about a remote setup. We feel like many companies promote their "work from anywhere" structure. When it comes to talking facts, though...they hit you with so many restrictions and rules, it becomes anything but "work from anywhere". As complex as it was, we seem to have found ways to offer the TRUE uberall way of working.

We love that topic. We love talking about interdepartmental transparency and communication as well. But we think we did enough of that. Now it's time to put more of our action points into reality. Comms within will live up to our expectations soon. Remember the four stages that new teams and business structures go through? We grew so much and had to re-norm. Now, we are set up and ready to perform.
