It's great that the management understands that communication to the whole company is important. Great example are the regular town hall sessions and product showrooms.

Super international setup, everybody helps each other out. That's in their jobs and also in life.

Not one of those companies where you're expected to work day and night and my weekends are my weekends. I like that we're asked to manage our own time to take responsibility for our tasks.

It's pretty good! Over the course of the last year uberall has clearly invested in developing managers. This is a good example how the company is growing up!
