Arbeitsatmosphäre

Unfortunately, the current situation is extreme. Everyone sits in the home office. There is simply no support, everyone is still allowed to take their equipment home, but that is not enough. However, the numbers are followed aggressively and you better not have too few activities.

Kommunikation

There is no such thing. My manager has always tried to keep us up to date. But there was a lot he didn't know either. We had no say in real decisions. The regular surveys are useless, no one listens to them anyway.

There are too few meetings and everyone earns far too little money. In some cases we have only achieved 50% of our targets and there is simply not enough for everyone. You want to have more of the cake than others. Cohesion suffers extremely. The board's solution was to simply double the targets so that the OTE salary would increase. The dissatisfaction has now reached the end point, but no one is interested in that either.

You can work from home, but there is not almost nothing to do. Our clients have completely different problems at the moment, so we get a lot of cancellations and that demotivates us. In the end, everyone does what they want.

Honest and direct! But there were many things he could not get through. Very many good ideas, always gets feedback from the team. But I would have liked to see more assertiveness in order to position our team better again and to draw attention to the situation. We are sinking and depressed, he can't and wasn't able to pick it up on his own.

absolutely not. Cancellations are a way of approaching customers with a product that is simply not being developed further. We have no solution for the current situation, although we would have the best access to it. Our customers are mostly customers with many locations, if they are closed, they don't need us. We are not getting anywhere and there is nothing interesting about that.

Fair and sometimes unfair. You notice that some people are always given more preference, especially when it comes to appointments.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Equipment is provided, but the tools we use don't fit every client and we work with the simplest means. You have to save a lot of money, why don't you invest it in your employees? Especially in sales, no one earns the money for which they started working here. You don't keep your promises. We wanted to grow together, but you leave us alone and don't care.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

No compensation for Corona, No money for equipment in HOME office. no compensation- targets have been doubled. here you don't make money anymore. i have never made so bad last year, although it is not my fault and kept doing the same job, you did not help me. Everyone earns their old salary. in every department. Unless you're on commission, then you live on a fixed salary.

We are left out in the cold. Where is our marketing? My prospects didn't know us before we talked to them.
