We definitely agree that there is still some (or a lot) of work to do to make Uberall the perfect company if that even exists in the real world. Especially when it comes to enhancing the communication and collaboration between teams and departments.
A couple of points sound in some way disturbing to be honest, like teams that seemingly work against each other and being asked to work on projects at any time of the day. Do you really mean that word by word, so does that literally means any point in time of the 24 hours of the day from your personal experience? If so, that is definitely not the way it should be and I kindly ask you to reach out to someone in the people and places team to elaborate further on that matter via hr@uberall.com or a personal email of a team member of your trust.
