You can work in quiet peace, if you are fine with just doing like your told and have no ambition of your own.
Kommunikation
Especially the feedback culture within the company is rotten to the core. Feedback needs to be positive and in-line with the top-down created "company values", if you do not fall in line, you will be downgraded in the yearly evaluation and therefore you will not be eligible for promotions or pay raises.
Criticism especially towards senior leadership and in particular towards the product team is not wanted nor tolerated.

Within my direct team great. Throughout the company everybody is maximizing for their own gain.

Is generally okay, just that some teams are understaffed and overworked.

People getting hired from the outside, because of the fancy titles they previously held, without any clear understanding of the job at hand.
The so called "leadership team" is more interested in enforcing their "company values" than actually listening to their employees or developing them.
If you want to advance within the company, it is also good to be personal friends with the right people within the leadership team.

Non existing. For the Christmas party they did send every employee a package full of throw-away plastic garbage.

Salaries are usually okay.

non existing. If you are longer in the company and have your own ambitions, you essentially need to bury them, because Uberall will do nothing to either develop or promote you.
