Thank you for taking the time to rate Uberall as an employer. We take your feedback very seriously and would like to take a closer look at the points mentioned above.

You mentioned quite a lot of things that actually go wrong in the company from your point of view and we appreciate the criticism of everyone here at Uberall.

Let us pick up a few of the topics and raise some questions as well as we are quite interested in your ideas to solve some of them:

What can be seen across the whole evaluation is that the thing concerning you most is the lack of leadership, attitude, support, and authenticity by the founders and the management team. We really would like to know more about it, especially in which areas you personally felt a lack of support or to go more into detail in which situations you see the lack of leadership. So here is the plead: Talk to us because that is the only way we can address it further and probably change it. Do we believe Uberall is perfect??? No, it is not, what on earth is? But we can assure you that we are striving to get better every single day and we need your help.

We started recently by implementing some tools that give everyone at Uberall the chance to speak out what is moving them like regular employee surveys.

Furthermore, we started the "You rock award" to enhance the recognition everyone deserves for their work.

And as well the founders will provide more insights into what is moving the company overall on a monthly basis in our town hall meetings.

This said, take the chance and talk to HR, Recruiting or whoever you think is trustful on this so we all together can dig deeper int this and find a solution together.
