Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Again, it's american style, the leadership says what to do, there is no room for input, smile & do it. Examples, there are issues with working so quickly on engineering the product, but leadership says to hack and move on, it's quantity vs quality. The marketers have work given to them that doesn't work, isn't very good, but are told they have to use it. Sales, given numbers that can't be reached, and pushed quite hard. It's all about the money baby, yet still no budget for culture activities (in fact let's fire a lot of people before Christmas and then lots of happy talk about how Q1 will be profitable...big example of culture shift to american...that was very uncool). It is hard to find something interesting to work on when you don't have a say on what that is, and when you can't take time or have resources to do it well. Is a problem for every department.

Please rethink plan becoming a money hungry american company & stay to your roots...the rumor is we want to be bought and that is why we are now so obsessed with independant profit at the expense of people & culture & quality...

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Lots of negative change. Lots of people have left and a lot just fired. Projects change course quickly, only short-term looking ahead and you talk to anyone, they are feeling noninspired, leadership focus is only on money. A lot of the leadership is now in america, and are loud in the way american business culture is, lots of talk and flash and fake excitement, but this does't work well in europe, it is a culture clash.

With the takeover from America, it's expected to work all hours. Life work balance is a struggle. Being 'online all the time' is a good thing.

Literally nothing, promotions are favoritism, linkedin learning is a joke.
