Thank you very much for sharing your experiences and thoughts about Uberall here at Kununu. And we are truly sorry that this must have been such a devastating experience for you.
So are we perfect? No, we are not. Show one thing on earth that is. And we always try to encourage every single employee to approach the people team or whoever he or she trusts in the company to address things that are concerning, wrong, etc.
And this said we would really raise the question if that has been done and we maybe could have reacted on several developments earlier?
Just let us point out a few things like transparency, etc.: We really had some issues especially when it comes to internal communications but we are on it and try to make things regarding the company much more clear.
So we would really like to have a deeper discussion with you about all the things that went wrong from your point of view. Even if you are not here anymore, talk to us, we want to know where we might have pain points we did not have identified so far. Would you be open to that? So just contact the people team.
And we would like to wish you all the best for the future, in private and professional matters.
