Management seem to not work together anymore. Well working team spirit from the past tends to not be present in the management team anymore. New ones on upper level are added, but that tends to not work out well. That you feel in the whole company.

In my team I feel good. We know and like each other. Generally over the whole company I feel good, but Uberall must become aware of the fact that lots of people worry about finger pointing and losing team spirit and collaboration which worked perfectly in the past. The situation leads to frustration and no decision making anymore.

Pressure with too less acknowledgement. We have some really good and amazing Managers some being part of Uberall for a long time. But overall Uberall suffers from the situation in the management Team already described above. Recent management adding in HR seems to no be a personal and cultural fit. Some doubtlessly doubtful statements and actings leaves colleagues irritated and with questions on if she is an appropriate fit for a position were honesty and trustworthiness is incredibly important. Monitoring her acting seems as if the company started to promote to care for oneself. I know Uberall different! People, happiness, mutual respect were considered important, Management cared. I want to advice the new HR MGMT to be conscious about what, how and to whom such an important position in the company says what, especially in connection with general happiness survey results. I do not unterstand why we replace something engaging and trustworthy by this.

Nice office. Benefits are present and well sorted out. Office MGMT cares. Only ceveat is the not working aircon that made it hard to survive for some weeks this year. Information was regular on that. Problem is solved meanwhile.

Communication is not good, but management acknowledges that and is trying to fix. That must be acknowledged.
Gleichberechtigung
Generally Uberall hires woman, man, young and older colleagues. All are treated equally. The thing is that there is only one woman in the upper management team since years between various men. A second woman in the management team was recently added. It must be acknowledged that management is aware of that and trying to change it.

See above, I love every part of it, even the negative ones. Why? Because I can be involved, my voice is heard, my opinions matter. That's the great thing - I know and feel, that I am part of a much bigger thing.

Nothing urgent comes to mind. Communication and interactions (mix and mingle) between the first and the second floor could be improved. We are working on that.

We are back on track with our people and culture, now it is up to us to reach new heights. My advice: don't let negativity ever get to you. Professionals know what "growth mindset" means, they understand constructive feedback, they get what business and people need. Hire for culture first and skill second.

Work hard, but be responsible with your health. A modern work culture needs you to understand what kinds of stressors exist for you and how you can manage your workload and still go home with a smile on your face. Most people want do drive us forward and work longer hours, because if you enjoy your work, the definition of it changes.

My personal experience: absolutely incredible. Course is no problem, travel is no problem, booking hotel is no problem, remote work in that time is possible but not needed. I tell you, I can only praise the people behind this company.

We embrace a cooperative approach on eye level. If you can't cope with constructive criticism, honest feedback, flexible changes in our processes, applying common sense and working with big and small feedback loops (KPI-data, people feedback, scientific studies etc.), you will not enjoy working with us or any other modern employer, for that matter. No ego involved means being able to talk work and grow as person, team and company. That's a skill.

Can't complain. There are no stupid questions for us and everyone is approachable. From facility manager to CEO, they all enjoy having conversations. If you have trouble connecting to people in this environment, it might be your own fault.

I could say is the second time in my life where I found an incredible working atmosphere. Colleagues are just great and there is always communication between everyone. They are willing to help even in their super busy hours. I have never experienced this before. Previous colleagues in my previous companies were annoyed even by questions the others were asking.

I don't understand comments like ''there is no work life balance''. You have no idea what's to work more than 50 hours, miss your home because you need to stay longer and do nothing, plus getting a miserable salary. Uberall gave me the opportunity of working in what I love, gave my best and have the time to be with my family.

Ein Unternehmen muss Geld verdienen, aber man sollte den Fokus auf die Mitarbeiter legen. Es sind schon so viele Leute gegangen, bald ist niemand mehr da, um Umsatz zu machen. Es gab einen Führungswechsel in der HR, das kann unmöglich die Lösung sein, sehr selbstbezogen und setzt eigene Prioritäten durch. Man fühlt sich vom Management nicht ernst genommen, sie wollen viele Dinge nicht sehen. Schade, es war mal ein wirklich tolles Unternehmen.

War schon besser. Damals hat man sich die Mühe gemacht und Kollegen eingestellt, die zu Uberall passen. Vor allem die Neuzugänge im Management sehen es anders, heute wird einfach irgendwer genommen. Viele sind nicht mehr happy, gefühlt jeden Tag kündigt jemand.

Ziemlich gut. Der Umgang miteinander ist größtenteils gut und respektvoll, kann man leider nicht auf Management Mitarbeiter beziehen. Mein Team ist der Grund, warum ich noch da bin.

Daneben. Als Leadership würde ich das nicht bezeichnen. Kommunikation ans Team gleich null, nur das Wichtigste wird von Zeit zu Zeit mitgeteilt. Man merkt ganz deutlich, welche Team-Mitglieder favorisiert werden, die anderen werden nicht beachtet. Eine "von oben herab" Mentalität, nach dem Motto "ich hab hier das Sagen", sehr hierarchisch. Ausdrucksweise sehr fragwürdig, äußert sich negativ und abwertend über andere Mitarbeiter.

Die Gründer und die VP People sprechen 1x/Monat vor den Mitarbeitern, woran sie arbeiten, geben Business Updates usw. Man gibt sich Mühe mehr zu kommunizieren, ja, aber es wirkt schon gestellt.

So are we perfect? No, we are not. Show one thing on earth that is. And we always try to encourage every single employee to approach the people team or whoever he or she trusts in the company to address things that are concerning, wrong, etc.
And this said we would really raise the question if that has been done and we maybe could have reacted on several developments earlier?
Just let us point out a few things like transparency, etc.: We really had some issues especially when it comes to internal communications but we are on it and try to make things regarding the company much more clear.
So we would really like to have a deeper discussion with you about all the things that went wrong from your point of view. Even if you are not here anymore, talk to us, we want to know where we might have pain points we did not have identified so far. Would you be open to that? So just contact the people team.

Almost everything, except the negativity very few people spread. Bad apples and all...but why don't you just check the market and find a better fit? Let the rest of us be happy with what we have. For me specifically, the Project-A benefit program is awesome!

Very sales focused approach. Everything has to be "sales". Luckily, people have become a prime topic within the last 4 months.

Verglichen mit anderen Arbeitgebern, so ziemlich alles. Es passiert momentan ganz viel (strukturell/organisatorisch), das liegt nicht jedem. Wenn sich das legt, haben wir die nächste Evolutionsstufe erreicht.

Irgendwie sollten wir die Leute besser zusammen bringen. Silobildung bahnt sich an.
