Besides all difficulties we like each other and backup each other.
Management.
Bad behavior and thinking is making its way through the whole company.
Let people do their job and step back, enable and set strategy. Say thank you and really mean it!!
Acknowledge the people who build this with you and transport that thinking to the newbies.
Not just say you care, but care (again) and make it great again.
Management seem to not work together anymore. Well working team spirit from the past tends to not be present in the management team anymore.
New ones on upper level are added, but that tends to not work out well. That you feel in the whole company.
Was very good in the past.
It is hard to make career. No existing strategy leads to intransparent opportunities that TLs doesn’t know about and do not/ cannot guide on.
Packages are good as far as I know.
Do not know anything about it.
In my team I feel good. We know and like each other. Generally over the whole company I feel good, but Uberall must become aware of the fact that lots of people worry about finger pointing and losing team spirit and collaboration which worked perfectly in the past. The situation leads to frustration and no decision making anymore.
Pressure with too less acknowledgement.
We have some really good and amazing Managers some being part of Uberall for a long time. But overall Uberall suffers from the situation in the management Team already described above.
Recent management adding in HR seems to no be a personal and cultural fit.
Some doubtlessly doubtful statements and actings leaves colleagues irritated and with questions on if she is an appropriate fit for a position were honesty and trustworthiness is incredibly important.
Monitoring her acting seems as if the company started to promote to care for oneself. I know Uberall different! People, happiness, mutual respect were considered important, Management cared.
I want to advice the new HR MGMT to be conscious about what, how and to whom such an important position in the company says what, especially in connection with general happiness survey results.
I do not unterstand why we replace something engaging and trustworthy by this.
Nice office. Benefits are present and well sorted out. Office MGMT cares. Only ceveat is the not working aircon that made it hard to survive for some weeks this year. Information was regular on that. Problem is solved meanwhile.
Communication is not good, but management acknowledges that and is trying to fix. That must be acknowledged.
Generally Uberall hires woman, man, young and older colleagues. All are treated equally.
The thing is that there is only one woman in the upper management team since years between various men.
A second woman in the management team was recently added. It must be acknowledged that management is aware of that and trying to change it.
See above, I love every part of it, even the negative ones. Why? Because I can be involved, my voice is heard, my opinions matter. That's the great thing - I know and feel, that I am part of a much bigger thing.
Nothing urgent comes to mind. Communication and interactions (mix and mingle) between the first and the second floor could be improved. We are working on that.
We are back on track with our people and culture, now it is up to us to reach new heights. My advice: don't let negativity ever get to you. Professionals know what "growth mindset" means, they understand constructive feedback, they get what business and people need. Hire for culture first and skill second.
Really hard to not have fun here.
Working on awareness at the moment. The general image is absolutely fine, we just need to get people to know us and understand what we do.
Work hard, but be responsible with your health. A modern work culture needs you to understand what kinds of stressors exist for you and how you can manage your workload and still go home with a smile on your face. Most people want do drive us forward and work longer hours, because if you enjoy your work, the definition of it changes.
My personal experience: absolutely incredible. Course is no problem, travel is no problem, booking hotel is no problem, remote work in that time is possible but not needed. I tell you, I can only praise the people behind this company.
No doubt about that, we definitely pay above average.
Here and there is a bad apple left.
We embrace a cooperative approach on eye level. If you can't cope with constructive criticism, honest feedback, flexible changes in our processes, applying common sense and working with big and small feedback loops (KPI-data, people feedback, scientific studies etc.), you will not enjoy working with us or any other modern employer, for that matter. No ego involved means being able to talk work and grow as person, team and company. That's a skill.
Can't complain. There are no stupid questions for us and everyone is approachable. From facility manager to CEO, they all enjoy having conversations. If you have trouble connecting to people in this environment, it might be your own fault.
You do what you need to do and you do what you want to do.
I could say is the second time in my life where I found an incredible working atmosphere. Colleagues are just great and there is always communication between everyone. They are willing to help even in their super busy hours. I have never experienced this before. Previous colleagues in my previous companies were annoyed even by questions the others were asking.

I don't understand comments like ''there is no work life balance''. You have no idea what's to work more than 50 hours, miss your home because you need to stay longer and do nothing, plus getting a miserable salary. Uberall gave me the opportunity of working in what I love, gave my best and have the time to be with my family.
Uberall gives you the opportunity to grow and make yourself valuable out there.
No comparison with any other company out there! Had several jobs before for an incredible low salary. Uberall offered me a work life balance incredibly well plus an unexpected salary. Above average ;)
Everyday we work on making things better and improve others.
There is always time for tennis table or to have a drink or a chat.
Is just great! We are all humans and we all make mistakes and they are always there to help. What I noticed is the amazing communication between the VP and everyone else.
Perfect working conditions! New office, everything updated and there are no comments about the cleaning!

You can always think outside of the box! Just bring your ideas, I am sure everyone will be happy to hear it!
Ein Unternehmen muss Geld verdienen, aber man sollte den Fokus auf die Mitarbeiter legen. Es sind schon so viele Leute gegangen, bald ist niemand mehr da, um Umsatz zu machen. Es gab einen Führungswechsel in der HR, das kann unmöglich die Lösung sein, sehr selbstbezogen und setzt eigene Prioritäten durch. Man fühlt sich vom Management nicht ernst genommen, sie wollen viele Dinge nicht sehen. Schade, es war mal ein wirklich tolles Unternehmen.
War schon besser. Damals hat man sich die Mühe gemacht und Kollegen eingestellt, die zu Uberall passen. Vor allem die Neuzugänge im Management sehen es anders, heute wird einfach irgendwer genommen. Viele sind nicht mehr happy, gefühlt jeden Tag kündigt jemand.
Ziemlich gut. Der Umgang miteinander ist größtenteils gut und respektvoll, kann man leider nicht auf Management Mitarbeiter beziehen. Mein Team ist der Grund, warum ich noch da bin.
Daneben. Als Leadership würde ich das nicht bezeichnen. Kommunikation ans Team gleich null, nur das Wichtigste wird von Zeit zu Zeit mitgeteilt. Man merkt ganz deutlich, welche Team-Mitglieder favorisiert werden, die anderen werden nicht beachtet. Eine "von oben herab" Mentalität, nach dem Motto "ich hab hier das Sagen", sehr hierarchisch. Ausdrucksweise sehr fragwürdig, äußert sich negativ und abwertend über andere Mitarbeiter.
Die Gründer und die VP People sprechen 1x/Monat vor den Mitarbeitern, woran sie arbeiten, geben Business Updates usw. Man gibt sich Mühe mehr zu kommunizieren, ja, aber es wirkt schon gestellt.

Es braucht noch etwas, um unsere Werte/unser mindset zu festigen. Daran festhalten und nicht aus den Augen verlieren.

Keep an eye on the culture when hiring new people.
Always relaxed office atmosphere, freedom to go wherever you want to be, always people to chat with, always people to play kicker or table tennis. If you need smart insights into others' work, they happily get you up to speed.
We are working on projecting out culture to the outside world. We can openly show who and what we are.
You prioritize yourself. Also, it's your responsibility to converse on workloads that are no more manageable. That's a business-problem, you just need to see it and communicate.
Aboslutely possible. Multiple days, big budget, soon lots more internal resources.
As far as I know, above average. No one has ever explained about their salary.

Uberall is naturally selecting itself right now. Culture will be stronger than a Nokia 3310 soon.
Always great to learn from veterans
Eye level pretty much always. Whenever someone steps over boundaries, they'll happily receive feedback. We are all humans and humans do great and stupid things.
Everything you need technology- and office wise and the people to make use of it.
In person, Slack, Email, Ukulele, while smoking...you get what you need, easily.

Almost everything, except the negativity very few people spread. Bad apples and all...but why don't you just check the market and find a better fit? Let the rest of us be happy with what we have. For me specifically, the Project-A benefit program is awesome!
Very sales focused approach. Everything has to be "sales". Luckily, people have become a prime topic within the last 4 months.
Hire for culture first, but keep an eye on the professionalism and possibilities within each team. Some hires don't fit the culture at all (I think) and some departments could be much more experienced.
Nothing to complain in this regard
As said by others, pretty unknown still.
Modern job with many communication channels, where people can reach you. I am really bad at saying no, so I work overtime quite often. It's still fun and I could just say "no".
In house knowledge database, budget for external seminars and some days off work. There could be a better focus on individual development and "advertisement" of the need to never stop learning.
My salary is awesome, although I don't know how I will further develop. I think career-tracks are in the making right now.
Let us do some more in that regard. I suggest something like Christmas boxes for kids in 3rd world countries, collecting trash as a group-event, offering open door days for school children (job education program), adopting an office dog from the shelter or collaborating with NPOs more in depth.
Awesome in most teams. Some black sheep really dilute an awesome culture and hurt our happiness and satisfaction. Very few, though.

Basically alright. Again, very few individual people are somewhat "special" in their approach with people. They will listen to justified criticism/ideas/opinions nevertheless. Just don't "waste" their time!
I am really confused about some criticism on here. Cannot understand how some people won't understand how great all the equipment, the freedom of choice, the teams with their individual members and the involvement in decision making actually is.
Ask and get answers. Most important information will reach you without need of being proactive

Do your work is one thing. Being creative and finding interesting tasks another. Uberall always supports me in realising my ideas and trying new approaches.
Verglichen mit anderen Arbeitgebern, so ziemlich alles. Es passiert momentan ganz viel (strukturell/organisatorisch), das liegt nicht jedem. Wenn sich das legt, haben wir die nächste Evolutionsstufe erreicht.
Irgendwie sollten wir die Leute besser zusammen bringen. Silobildung bahnt sich an.
Etwas nach Professionalität sieben. Es ist doch schon in einigen Bereichen zu viel "junges Blut" involviert. Ansonsten weiterhin die Ohren offen halten für die Kolleginnen/Kollegen.
Ich habe sämtliche Freiheiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Die Arbeit ist anspruchsvoll und macht Spaß. Es braucht gutes Zeitmanagement. Die Prios müssen smart gesetzt werden.
Noch etwas zu unbekannt für ein großes Image. Das Image, das vorhanden ist, ist aber top.
Wie man mit Anfragen außerhalb der eigenen Arbeitszeiten umgeht ist meistens eigene Sache. Manchmal jedoch muss im Team nachgelegt werden. Dann heißt es Mehrarbeit.
Budget für Fortbildung im vierstelligen Bereich.
Gehalt scheint sehr unterschiedlich zu sein. Für mich absolut in Ordnung für das Level.
Hier sollten wir aktiver werden. Mülltrennung wird gut gelebt. Licht aus und Heizung/Klima aus nach dem Meeting sind Grundregeln.
Größtenteils sehr gut. Einige "Charaktere" gibt es. Im unmittelbaren Arbeitsumfeld gibt es mehr als genug Leute, mit denen man Spaß haben und geil arbeiten kann.
Keine negativen Situationen erlebt, gehört oder gesehen.
Nichts zu meckern. Für mich nie ein Thema gewesen.
Das Office in der Hussitenstraße ist top. Die Technik ist vorhanden. Arbeitszeiten sind flexibel. HomeOffice völlig in Ordnung (dafür braucht es keinen bestimmten Grund).
Kommt drauf an, was man erwartet. Für mich nie ein Problem gewesen.

Hier ist der Punkt: Operativ gibt es immer viel zu tun. Was du am Ende aber noch machen möchtest, das dem Unternehmen hilft, MACH ES. Hier heißt es selbst über den Tellerrand schauen.
