Die Firma hat eine "work from everywhere" policy, also sehr flexibel.
the people. my team was the best until the end and thanks to all who are still there.
Ignorant, no open ear for really important topics from our department. no support, no development.
Pay sales compensation or provide fair conditions. Appointments, product, etc. This is not how we earn commission
Unfortunately, the current situation is extreme. Everyone sits in the home office. There is simply no support, everyone is still allowed to take their equipment home, but that is not enough. However, the numbers are followed aggressively and you better not have too few activities.
actually good. But the market currently knows that we are a bit behind with our software. Competitors are more focused and have better solutions or pay more attention to the current situation. We are left out in the cold. Where is our marketing? My prospects didn't know us before we talked to them. We are often included in tenders because the prospect is looking for our competitor's competitor. Honestly now
You can work from home, but there is not almost nothing to do. Our clients have completely different problems at the moment, so we get a lot of cancellations and that demotivates us. In the end, everyone does what they want.
there is simply nothing. no plan for the next steps no development absolutely nothing.
There are too few meetings and everyone earns far too little money. In some cases we have only achieved 50% of our targets and there is simply not enough for everyone. You want to have more of the cake than others. Cohesion suffers extremely. The board's solution was to simply double the targets so that the OTE salary would increase. The dissatisfaction has now reached the end point, but no one is interested in that either.
Honest and direct! But there were many things he could not get through. Very many good ideas, always gets feedback from the team. But I would have liked to see more assertiveness in order to position our team better again and to draw attention to the situation. We are sinking and depressed, he can't and wasn't able to pick it up on his own.
Equipment is provided, but the tools we use don't fit every client and we work with the simplest means. You have to save a lot of money, why don't you invest it in your employees? Especially in sales, no one earns the money for which they started working here. You don't keep your promises. We wanted to grow together, but you leave us alone and don't care.
There is no such thing. My manager has always tried to keep us up to date. But there was a lot he didn't know either. We had no say in real decisions. The regular surveys are useless, no one listens to them anyway.
No compensation for Corona, No money for equipment in HOME office. no compensation- targets have been doubled. here you don't make money anymore. i have never made so bad last year, although it is not my fault and kept doing the same job, you did not help me. Everyone earns their old salary. in every department. Unless you're on commission, then you live on a fixed salary.
Fair and sometimes unfair. You notice that some people are always given more preference, especially when it comes to appointments.
absolutely not. Cancellations are a way of approaching customers with a product that is simply not being developed further. We have no solution for the current situation, although we would have the best access to it. Our customers are mostly customers with many locations, if they are closed, they don't need us. We are not getting anywhere and there is nothing interesting about that.
Adapt, the management style has really been in the way of getting good work done and this company is growing fast, you are not a 20 person startup anymore, time to grow up
Everyone annoyed, there is a lot of talk of changes and a lot of patting ourselves on the back, but it is all that - just talk. company handled corona really good and we are in remote office but this has highlighted the problems with the really poor leadership and lack of real vision
Depends on what department. I hear some people have great managers and structure and can have good work life balance, others need to work a lot of overtime to get tasks done
I see that you need to be 'in' with the right people to have good advancement or to have your ideas heard. you also have to do more than just your job and be very socially active in order to get top rated at review time which is unfair to those who have families and are unavailable after hours or to do extra work, or simply don't want to be socially active because of being introverted.
This company is not competitive in the berlin market for pay or benefits
At least in my team we are all in this together...!
So many politics it is hard to keep track. Decisions are made but then whispers happen with certain people and the decision is reversed & creates bad feelings. a lot of 'this is how we do it here so just do it' that turns off alot of good people and a big reason people leave!
Current leadership is chaotic, things change daily, lots of meetings to hear people talk but no real output. You hear a lot of rumours because there is also a lot of politics.
This is a male company, just look at the leadership
Product is old fashioned in all ways and not innovative. Really it needs to be better, at least make it look modern. And sometimes people are rewarded for being forward and trying new things and others are told to stop this, it is very confusing. Best i think is to keep head down and just do the work you are told to avoid problems.
