Kommentar: I really liked the diversified application process. I attended an online assessment as well as a live interview. The online assessment was pretty much as I expected it to be. The feedback afterwards was much quicker than expected.
I really liked the live interview as the topics were quite balanced between professional- and personal experience. I was given some tasks which related to the job I applied for. The possibilities to answer had a quite wide range, i suppose - so they were definitely fair and doable even in an uncommon / nervous situation. Afterwards the results were talked through in the group and I was given the possibility to ask questions.
After all the situation was really friendly and gave a good impression of the company.
