Not Great Not Terrible =) But glad to be here!

The good thing is that people are nice and open to change, even after working in the same environment for several decades.
However, as soon as you ask for an explanation to understand WHY some decision was made in the past, some people tend to think it's a blaming situation (e.g. pointing fingers) instead of providing a transparent context that might be useful in future. We could try to document trade-offs and rationale behind decisions (e.g. writing a brief decision log) and reflect and learn from the past (e.g. what went wrong, what we learned out of it and how we improved it).
There are no clear borders of responsibilities between teams which leads to introducing short-term shortcuts that might end up worse long-term. We should focus more on understanding the problem than just "solving" it the easiest way.
Perfect place for people who would like to try out things and get more responsibilities and strive to grow regardless of their environment.
