Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Bad salary and it’s expected to overperform every day and to work on weekends too.
There is a very high quota of sick colleagues with burn out syndrome and health management is non existent.
Super sad and terrible acceptance of those circumstances.
Additionally they rather let good people leave the company because they did not pay well enough and run through the effort to employ new people, that will take month to be able to perform on the same level. Oh and speaking of new people, there is onboarding days, yes, but rather left alone on their first weeks of their new job.
A very high potential of improvement here.

Don’t lose high performers by overseeing them. Just because one is not as loud does not mean they are insignificant.

That’s why most people work here and that’s abused by the company.
Gehalt/Benefits
Total abuse. There is as good as no chance to get an adaptation of the salary according to one’s performance. No matter how hard you work. There is always expected more and no guarantee to receive an increase ever.
I lost my motivation to work harder. Now I’m adapting my performance back to my salary.
