More Home Office days per month for "everyone else". The new "1 per month" policy is a great improvement, but given how many people work remotely or off-site, this sh ould be a no-brainer.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Even though the company is large, over 700 people, the divisions and different locations still feel "small" - not like you're working for some huge impersonal company. It's great.
Kommunikation
Everyone uses "du" which is (1) much more relaxed and (2) great if you're a foreigner and not used to the whole Sie/Du thing.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everyone seems to get along quite well. Many people from the local towns and cities, mostly Swabian.
Work-Life-Balance
In my experience, team leads, managers and so forth are all pretty flexible and easy going as long as you get your stuff done.
Interessante Aufgaben
With so many projects, growing internationalization and just general growth, there's plenty to do and never a dull moment. Lots of new challenges that are fun and help you grow as an employee too vs. being stuck with repetitive tasks.
