I have to admit that from the beginning I was a little bit skeptical about this company. I have read all the current feedback and news in internet (I definitely recommend you to do the same before your final decision). However, the job description was very interesting and I hoped that with the change of Tops company really is on the way towards Big Changes. I decided to give it a chance and send my CV. There were two interviews. Time gap between them was very short and interviews were ok, with adequate questions, in pleasant atmosphere and high level of professionalism. Some days after the second interview I received an Email with the notice that my candidature has been approved and got the job. Glückwunsch! Unfortunately it was the end of adequate behavior. Vapiano was not able to tell me on what position they have accepted me, neither what supposed to be my remuneration. A third "negotiation interview" has been scheduled in order to discuss this topics. Weird enough ...however, I was still under the pleasant impression from interviews and decided to wait. On the day of meeting I got the sms with the cancellation of the meeting, however with the affirmation that next meeting will be scheduled asap as they wanted to present me to my new colleagues.
After that, two weeks of silence...justified by workload and reporting period...okay...maybe. Meanwhile I rejected another job offer I have got. Finally the silence was broken with the shocking rejection. Vapiano decided, that they are not interested in me...because my reaction on their offer was not sufficiently happy. My bitter experience proves that this company is not worth neither time nor efforts. Of course if your employment situation is so incredibly desperate maybe it is not so bad for you to get a job in a company where they do not use a concept of ethic and respect. But if you have any other chance or opportunity USE IT! That´s it. You can trust it or make your own mistake.
But just don´t forget to scream from happiness if they offer you a job ;)
