Couldn't be better! Very nice and friendly atmosphere, without tricky office politics.
Kommunikation
Team meetings on a regular basis, in which everyone can participate and moreover, share their mind and be trully heard. Cross-department communication needs some improvement though.

All people work with each other so good to achieve the best result.
Work-Life-Balance
I don't feel any pressure to work overtime and with 26 vacation days per year it feels just right. I wish more Home Office days though.

The team consists of people around 25- 35 y.o. in its core. There are also older colleagues, which are very friendly and happy to share their extended knowledge.

Very nice office in the center of Kreuzberg with a big terrace. Top notch equipment. The company really provides you with everything you need to work.
