Everything that i mentioned before. I do not reccomend this arbeitgeber in anyway. The working environment is unmotivating. Colleagues work against each other rather than with each other. And the management is completely disinterested and disinformed. You do want to spare yourself this.

Before everyone leaves the company, start rethinking a thing or two about how you do things there.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very bad working environment. I could sincerely not recommend it to anyone.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
To talk about team work in that environment is to talk about an impossible concept. The old employees youll find there team up with each other, and the newcomer is the outsider. They do everything in their power to make you feel that. I felt cornered. People talking behind your back is normality in that environment.
Work-Life-Balance
Everyday working late and not once a sign of appreciation for that. Its rather expected from you.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The management was completely disinterested and did not make sure a proper "Einarbeitung" plan was in place. There was no feedback whatsoever from the managment on how the performance was coming over. The first time i was given some feedback was in the 5th month of Probe Zeit which is ridiluous. And even then the feebcak was everything but constructive and nothing you can work with. All in all it was very borderline and i believe it deserves to be called mobbing.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Whatever there is to do you should already know it and theres no talk of witerbldung or improving or learning what you cant do yet.
