slow, complex, change is urgently required, as company is 15 years behind what is needed to be successful in long term. feels like a slow die and constant struggle for market share and profits. Not a place for young dynamic talents. But if you are silent agreer and just want comfort, maybe its for you. Otherwise you will be too bored, stressed as things don't move and ultimately very frustrated.

establishment of 50+ who either worked majority (20-25 years) or entire career there, feels like an old friends group - problem is, when you are coming from outside. too hard to fit in.

unclear. family owned. sudden replacements by a family member in leadership

manual, repetitive tasks, too time consuming and boring. no modern digital tech stack to support modernization or automation. IT is too slow to adapt to new realities
