Good atmosphere, sometimes important decisions are taken too quickly though and it generates a bit of disorientation.
Kommunikation
Communication within own team is good. Unfortunately is not the same between different teams, where everyone tends to prevaricate and it's difficult to find a common point. HR communication is nice!
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Super team atmosphere.
Work-Life-Balance
Good in my team, we can organize our time and tasks flexibly. In other teams it seems a big negative issue but I have no direct experience.

Should be less talk and more action - i.e. avoid collaborating with companies that are not socially and environmentally conscious.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Unfortunately the salary is low for the Munich average. It basically force employees to live in shared flats since the cost of living and rents in Munich are extremely high.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
It seems like almost only Germans get a chance to be in top management positions and team leads/heads. I hope it changes in the future since it's an international company.
