Working time model, not enough manpower, everything chaotic and prompt changes, no chance to realize yourself, constant control restricts independence, appreciation of ALL employees who reaches the goals with few staff with a bonus

Westwing needs more experienced managers with the responsibility to support, guide and motivate the employees and not the own goals... especially those who can express their own opinion and not only want to please the bosses!
hire, hire, hire please! there is more then enough work for all of us. this is the only way to increase and maintain the quality. The working time model is a joke! Where is the flexibility if employees are still expected to be present in a certain time slot? the surveys may only be made by HR-team. I don't need a bicycle, or sport centre contract, if I'm feeling bad in my department, but a HR representative that supports me
