Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Zalando is still a great place to work, offering numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth. And majority of Zalando employees are happy at where they are. However, your experience largely depends on luck, specifically the leadership and the department or unit you are a part of. Therefore, I would recommend avoiding Lounge, particularly the Demand department.

The office is nice, and some colleagues are great, but the culture at the Lounge is built on fear and politics, which eventually creates a toxic atmosphere

You can make good connections and form some valuable professional friendships. However, the communication culture, especially in terms of employment, is often characterized by a lack of transparency and being misinformed, typically perpetuated by higher management and HR. This often leads to the adoption of corrupt practices to achieve objectives, even if they claim to uphold a 'code of ethics.'

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Terrible team spirit and lack of support for creativity. If you're a creative person, I would recommend avoiding working at Lounge as it can be draining for your talent. Furthermore, you may find yourself in a situation where relatively inexperienced 'creative leads' will be your superiors, critiquing your work very destructive or somehow shadow you.

I don't believe all supervisors at Lounge are the same (I've heard positive feedback from other teams as well), but it remains true that there's limited potential for a future or a career, and a lack of experienced individuals when it comes to meeting the standards of the fashion industry in terms of creativity. If you expect to advance in your career as a creative there is no any structure or way to do so
