Generally speaking, the atmosphere between colleagues is good. However, many teams are understaffed, which doesn't benefit it.

Kommunikation

There are so many layers of management, that communication is often impossible. Much information is lost in between higher management and operational workers.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Within your own team, it's easy to collaborate. If you need something from another team, you're screwed generally speaking.

Work-Life-Balance

Depends 100% per team. Some teams work less than 20 hours a week, some work 60 hours a week.

Worst ever.

If you want to, there is always some project you can pick up. The chance it being implemented, is rather small though.

Women/minorities have more chances, but this is on purpose and understandable.

I wouldn't want to work myself when 50+ in Zalando, but you're not discriminated.

It's a very complicated process, making not much sense and benefiting the likable people more than the actual good performers. Your chances of being promoted as an introvert are rather small.
