Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

flat hirarchies and high responsibilities; probably one of the most international (and diverse) German Companies; constant feedback and regular development talks; transparent management board;

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Could be hard for people who are not used to work in a fast paced company ... targets, tools and teams can change quickly; speaking English is required.

Top management needs to communicate clearer; also new ideas are missing; no clear strategy for AI or Shin; Change in higher Management needed now; This company lost it´s speed; The best peers took the severance package and left the company and it will be very hard for the rest to achieve targets

Verbesserungsvorschläge

If salaries can't be increased in this challenging times, offer more and better trainings. Invest more in the people, this will have a direct positive impact on team motivation.

Home office possible; fair working hours; but pressure was high in the last years during pandemic

open feedback culture; regular 1:1 meetings with leads; open and fair promotion process; teams can rate performance of leads anonymously;
But yes, the higher management did many mistakes in the past and the lower grades are paying the price now.

Interessante Aufgaben

fast changing environment; possibility to get see different areas or change career path;
But for sure, many areas will be replaced in the near future by algorithms and AI
