They position themselves as progressive, but there is a gender pay gap. I've witnessed how people from Middle East were discremanated: having many years of experience then would be offered junior or middle positions and not being promoted for years. And salaries in general are smaller than in the market. They make ads with LGBTQ+ people but in the internal surveys there are only 2 genders. There is no way to give feedback on your manager/lead. Managers and leads with poor management skills and the tendency to micromanage would be protected by HR/business partners.

Pay equally to women. Be consistent with how you present yourself to public and how you treat your workers. Increase salaries to keep up with market. Make feedbacks from subordinates to their managers and leads possible.
