I don’t recommend this company, unless you are really desperate for a job.
Ex-Angestellte/r oder Arbeiter/inHat bis 2026 im Bereich Administration / Verwaltung bei Zalon by Zalando in Berlin gearbeitet und diesen Arbeitgeber mehrfach bewertet. (Mitarbeiter:innen dürfen ihren Arbeitgeber einmal im Jahr bewerten.)
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Too toxic, a bit more racist than before. Leadership is toxic and above all bad at strategy, planning and execution and they hide it by supporting colleagues that are compliant or not better at anything than them. Most of the cool upper management left in the past years and the decline in the qualiti of leadership is obvious.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere is too political and toxic.
Work-Life-Balance
Bad, they are office first and use fear of having a bad review to remove the flexibility thy once offered
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Promotions and trully interesting training opportunities are not frequent
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Kind of ok, but again in such a toxic environment, not great
Kommunikation
Bad, infrequnt and completely opaque
Interessante Aufgaben
Not really, there is no clear strategy or plan, you are assigned and removed from projects randomly
