A company that has spent the last 3 years actively attacking the rights of its workforce. NOT RECOMMENDED
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The company keeps attacking the workforce. "Restructurings" (which they even try to mask as "smaller changes" so they wouldn't need to talk to the works council and have a social plan), forced return to the office with vague reasoning, miserable salary adjustments, etc. Everyone is unhappy and confused now.
Work-Life-Balance
Bad and getting worse every day.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Not a place where people actually grow, more a place where people actually get spent.
Gehalt/Benefits
Not much in this respect
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
firing 2700 people on Erfurt says all that needs to be said about social conscience. Also green washing accusations have often been made against zalando
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everyone is out looking at him/herself. Team spirit doesn't look like this
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
again, nice talk but reality is that they are actively making life more difficult for older people, caregivers, etc.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Chaotic at times, but if there's one thing to count on, they are always planning how to attack the workforce's rights on some way
Arbeitsbedingungen
crammed offices, broken coffee machines, no care for food options, long elevator lines, etc.
Kommunikation
Trying to hide motives, and then suddenly attacking the workforce, for no visible benefit? I wouldn't call that good communication.
Gleichberechtigung
A lot of nice talk, but current policies are attacking women and other marginalized groups a lot more.
Interessante Aufgaben
Not really, mostly fire-fighting, and forced "ai" innovations
